This bathroom renovation was done in an 1920′s character home in East Vancouver. We brought in one of our interior designers on request by the home owners to develop a bathroom that looked like a picture the home owner had found in a magazine. The renovation was simple to do minus some plumbing and electrical upgrades. The challenge was finding the bath tub and redwood flooring system but luckly it worked out on time and just over budget. It is amazing to see the reaction on peoples faces when they see the finished product on a renovation that not only was with in there desired budget but went beyond the expectations of what they thought was possible. This picture shows a bathroom renovation that required new fixtures some tiling and a new bathtub. We were able to discount most the products that came through Ohana, and the labour waa done in a week. The total cost was just over $2300.

The value a bathroom renovation such as this one typically increases the value of your home two to three times the amount of the actual renovation investment.

We hired Ohana to do all the remodeling on our rental suites bathrooms. We just finished up with the first one and we are very pleased with the result. Perhaps even more incredable was the communication between all the trades. There never seemed to be downtime between jobs and having done remodeling for over ten years now this is truly the first time I have seen this type of production. Thanks

Just rented it guys and now our mortgage is cut in half. Thanks for dealing with all the paper work to make this happend. I know it was a long process but I’m very happy with the end product and so is my wife.

Dear John,
We can’t believe how well it looks. My husband and I want to thank you for all your hard work and getting the reno finished intime for us to list our property before we go away. I think the before and after picture I emailed to you is what you wanted? I have some other projects that we will be hiring you guys to do in the future.
